Your syllabus, organized

SyllaGoose

Upload a syllabus PDF and SyllaGoose reads it for you: deadlines, class times, grading rules, office hours, and policies, collected into one course view, with each fact linked to the page of the syllabus it came from.

iPhone and iPad, iOS 18 or later. Free for one course; Pro is optional.

The syllabus, already typed in.

Most planners make you type the semester in by hand. SyllaGoose reads the syllabus and shows you where each date and rule came from.

Extracts the whole course

Assignments, exams, readings, project milestones, meeting times, instructor contacts, required materials, and the grading breakdown from one PDF.

Shows where it got each fact

Tap a deadline, a policy, or a grading rule and the app opens the syllabus at the sentence it came from, so you can check it against what your professor wrote.

Vague dates stay vague

If the syllabus says "during finals week," that is what you see. SyllaGoose does not guess a date for you. When the real date is announced, add it.

One semester view

Everything due across all your courses: today, this week, and the rest of the term, plus a calendar you can sync to Apple Calendar.

Ask it a question

Type "when is Exam 2?" or "can I use AI on homework?" and get the answer, with the passage it came from.

Reminders only for real dates

Deadline and exam reminders are set only for dates the syllabus actually gives, or ones you added yourself.

How it works

What happens after you upload a PDF.

1. Add the syllabus

Create a semester and upload each course's syllabus PDF, or share one from Files, Safari, or a course web page.

2. SyllaGoose builds the course

Schedule, deadlines, grading, policies, and contacts, each with the original wording one tap away.

3. Review what it found

Anything it was unsure about is flagged. Fix any detail and the app uses your version, while still showing what the syllabus said.

4. Use it all semester

Use the daily dashboard, calendar, plans, and reminders for the rest of the semester.

Only you can see your courses.

Your syllabi and course data belong to your account and are not shared with other users. Documents are sent to Google's AI service to pull out the course information, then stored under your account. You can delete a course, or your whole account including uploaded files, at any time from inside the app. Details in the privacy policy.
