What we collect

SyllaGoose does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing activity, and does not show ads.

How syllabus documents are processed

When you upload a syllabus, it is stored in your private space in Google Firebase (our cloud provider) and sent to Google's AI service to extract course information. The extracted information is stored alongside the document, in your account only. Google processes the document as our service provider; it is not used to show you ads.

Who can see your data

Only you. Your documents and course data are private to your account, protected by per-user security rules. Other SyllaGoose users cannot access them, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Deleting your data

You can delete any course — including its uploaded documents — from inside the app. You can also delete your entire account (Settings → Delete Account), which permanently removes your account record, all course data, and all uploaded files.

Children

SyllaGoose is intended for college and university students and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note it in the app and update the date above.
